Leading employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, has appointed Owen Iredale, 23, as Research Executive.
Owen recently graduated from University of Bristol with a degree in biology, which he passed with first class honours. During his time at university he also made the quarter finals of University Challenge and is looking forward to putting his brain to good use. He says: “I’m very keen to develop my research and analytical skills whilst getting to grips with the world of human resources and employee engagement. It’s an exciting time in The Survey Initiative’s development and I’m really pleased to be able to support the company’s growth.”
The Survey Initiative has won a series of new clients over the past 12 months and has added a wide variety of organisations to their customer base, including: English National Opera, Care UK, Historic England, Institute of Cancer Research, Pay.UK and Steer Group.
